Our computer crashed about a week ago, and we lost our web site and most addreses. We’ll have the site set up shortly, but was wondering if ANY of these plans can be worked out?

there is nothing wrong with becoming excited about these things! i dont have time to research – it is more productive that i read something from a credible source – so, assuming you are a credible source, thanks for the information!

remember, Lloyd claimed there was possibly an undetected brown dwarf out there providing what heat it could to these possible planets. also, im not sure he said they were “earth-like” (i really dont want to revisit the show to be sure). he may have stated they were “containin life”, or something similar. those who believe in the aliens/visitors/etc would agree they are not human. the amount of energy received by our sun may not be what is required for another species to survive on another planet.

so neal adams credentials arent impressive. but i think his theory on the growing earth is not ridiculous. it may not be correct, and any evidence against it would be interesting to examine. the dissolution of the fish skeletons may be a valuable argument, but does it refute totally the growing earth theory?

the flood/tsunami – my point in mentioning that was that the account (or fable) that still exists in print today is from a civilization thousands of years old.

i am always startled to hear a statement like “aliens probably dont exist”. Visitation (you may have meant that, in the context of the Andy Lloyd segment) to this planet probably hasnt occurred, and stories of it may be based on misconstrued facts that have taken on a life of their own. alien life elsewhere cant be proven or disproven. if we exist because of the elements, the sun, etc., chances are that similar conditions would occur at least just once more somewhere in the vast universe.

I have debated Neal Adams many times. He is very untrained in the language of Science, and his hypotheses are not supported by any of the vast amounts of data and evidence out there.

He allegedly suffers from the Kreuger-dunning syndrome, where he measures his current abilities on past high acheivements, which he attained with comics, so he thinks he can do this with any discipline at all.

In short – he is a very deluded individual. He shuns the Scientific Method completely (he doesn’t use data, and he has rejected several offers to Peer Review a paper if he writes one). All of his arguments are based on ‘guesswork’, which has led to his wacky hypothesis, which was discredited over half a century ago.

Aliens probably don’t exist either.

My advice to you, my friend, is make a little bit more effort in learning about the actual wonderous things that are known about the Universe through Science rather than trying to excite yourself with things that there is simply zero evidence for, and likely don’t exist.

There are no Earth-like planets orbiting our sun past the orbit of pluto. The solar radiation at that distance can’t even keep methane as a gas!

Flood myths are present in only the religions that have a shoreline. Did you see the Boxing Day Tsunami of 2004? That is likely what they have experienced, and Geologists have correlated the presumed timings of the old testament floods with actual Tsunami deposits that DON’T cover the whole Earth – just those regions of the biblical lands that have a shoreline.

Neal Adams’ ‘lack of fish fossils’ completely fails to take into account something called the Carbonate Compensation Depth, which dissolves the carbonate skeletons of dead fish as they fall below a certain depth in the ocean – the pressure there is so incredibly great, that it puts the carbonate in the skeletons into solution in the water. Also, consider the tiny amount of sea floor that has been explored! Fish fossils are very rare on Land!!!

All the real answers are there, my friend. You just have to know what you are looking for.

do i think hes really from the future? yes. and i believe that there are giant earthworms burrowing beneath the chicago skyline, ready to surface and eat thousands of people.

i never heard a theory of the moon being “brought’ here!one might claim that God did that. or an alien race.

however, there might be good reasons why there is not much dust on the lunar surface, and maybe that condition doesnt necessarily point to it being “brought here”. i know the guest gave a theory, and didnt claim that to be his belief. but im just looking at counterpoints.

either way, its an amazing thing to discuss and listen to. i think mankind is only now on the cusp of exploration, only EQUAL to ocean explorers of 1300+ years ago, relatively speaking.

this episode is definitely worth a listen if you havent already. this is quite possibly the FUNNIEST podcast ever made. the second part of the show was just a great time and fun to listen to. do these people actually get paid to do this?

lola fascinated us with her extreme bloggery, and the jokes from the others were relentless as they enlightened the fact that the ‘headless elevator operator’ probably closed the door on herself.

nick hasnt admitted yet that the hardware is infested w/ gremlins! and a caller actually used the word “pop”. very cool.

his website doesnt offer anything relating to the ‘possession’ of the boy in suburban buffalo. not an audio recording or anything!

he didnt mention, nor was it asked if he posed this to the grandparents – being allowed to record/document his time with the kid.
